Personal Statement:

Florence Gonzales joined the University of New Mexico in August 1978. She worked for the Department of Communicative Disorders (now referred to as Department of Speech and Hearing) as a Department Administrator until November 1994 when she transferred to the College of Arts & Sciences.  She is currently an Operations Manager at the College; her areas of expertise are faculty and UNMJobs. With 33 years at UNM she is the College's historian and enjoys what she does. When she retires (someday!) she is looking forward to traveling and spending time with her three grandchildren: Antonio, Julian, and Mia.
