Rob has dedicated his career towards the ever changing Human Resources (HR) field. Originally from Southern California, he received his Bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico (UNM), in the area of Political Science and Diplomatic Relations. Rob has gained his broad HR background by having the opportunity to work at such places as the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), the Tropicana Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and here at UNM in Albuquerque. He regularly consults with management and staff on all recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations issues. Rob also holds a professional certification in HR through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which is the world's largest HR membership organization representing more than 160 countries.
