James's duties include:
Performing configuration, management, and initial diagnostics of desktop/ laptop computers;
Installation and configuration of software operating systems and applications;
Resolution of hardware and software issues on Windows/Mac operating systems on desktops, laptops, servers and other peripherals.
James is an excellent teacher/trainer and is patient and effective when working with a wide range of responsibilities. He is accomplished in identifying and solving computer related problems. He is also project oriented, and sees a task through until completion.
