Four faculty from the College of Arts & Sciences Promoted to Distinguished Professor

The University of New Mexico recently announced the promotion of six faculty to the rank of Distinguished Professor, which is The University’s highest honor given to its faculty. Four of these faculty come from the College of Arts & Sciences, bringing the total number of Distinguished Professors at the College to 26.

The College is proud to announce that the following have been awarded this title in recognition of their outstanding achievements as nationally and internationally renowned scholars:
